We present an incredible coffee from Brazil, brought by Daterra. A versatile coffee, which provides a full-bodied and honeyed espresso and a super clean and balanced filter with the sweetness of ripe fruit and malic acidity.
Fortunately, we were able to count on this batch from Daterra, which has always carried out unparalleled work in innovation, without forgetting sustainability practices. They currently have 150,000 native trees on the farm, which contribute to the composting of around 14,000 tons of organic matter.
“Sundrop” is the result of coffee cherries that have grown until they reach their maximum ripeness, allowing the sweetness and acidity of the fruit to develop. The work is complemented with environmental control, which guarantees permanent monitoring of humidit.
