Carloman Carranza Montenegro is a producer committed to his work, who performs various processes to improve quality. The main factors for coffee quality are weather conditions, soil types and water quality, essential for the washing process. This same water is from the highest mountains of the village where Carloman lives, which is called "Gracias a Dios."
