PREAMBLE

1st - These general conditions are agreed between 7 Gaia Roaster Apartments, located in Rua de França 52, 4400-174

Vila Nova de Gaia, with the tax number 513 836 845 and phone number +351 963 781 916, hence referred as “7g Roaster Apartments" and those who wish to acquire goods through the website www.7groaster.pt , hence referred as “Users”.

2nd - Both parties agree that purchases that happen through the website www.roaster.7groaster.pt are exclusively regulated by the present contract excluding any other conditions previously available in the website.

ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT

1. The current sale conditions aim to make available and define all the necessary information to the user about ordering, sales, payment and delivery of purchases made on the website www.roaster.7groaster.pt

2. These conditions regulate all the necessary stages to make an order and they guarantee the follow up of the order between both contracting parties.

ARTICLE 2 - ORDER

1. The user carries out the order by concluding the purchasing process presented in the website www.roaster.7groaster.pt , adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart;

2. To send the intended order, users have two options to accomplish their request:

Making the order without registration:

a) select the intended product

b) choose the aimed amounts

c) complete the information and choose the available options throughout the whole process of ordering (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as tax number and name for tax purposes and invoice).

Order with registration:

a) Register on the website www.roaster.7groaster.pt, providing the required information during the process

b) Login (through an email and chosen password by the user in the registration process)

c) Complete the information and choose the available options throughout the whole process of ordering (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as tax number and name for tax purposes and invoice)

3. The final confirmation of the order by the user equals the full acceptance of prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as these General Sale Conditions which are the only ones applicable to the hence concluded contract.

4. 7g Roaster Apartments will honour the online orders to the extent of the existing stock. In case a product is not available, 7g commits to inform the user as soon as possible.

5. The data in the invoice are full responsibility of the user. Once the invoice is issued, it will not be reissued with changes.

6. The order requests have a duration of 1 (one) day, except if the order is registered during a promotional campaign period that defines a different deadline, which will not guarantee the prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this time limit. In case payment of the order is not received by our services within the referred time limit, the order will not be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used in a new order.

ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT

1. In the website www.roaster.7groaster.pt , 7g Roaster Apartments proposes the following payment methods to the user via Easypay - Payment Institution Lda:

a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);

b) ATM Reference;

c) Wire transfer.

2. When considering a credit card payment, the debit will happen in the user’s card immediately after the confirmation of the shipment of the goods. In case some of the products ordered are sold out, the value of those same products will be credited in the user’s card, after the order is concluded

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY

1. The delivery of the orders will occur within 10 working days after the order.

2. The cost of the shipping fees is added to the order.

The shipping fees are calculated according to the weight of the purchased articles.

Up to 2kgs, the cost is 5€

From 2 to 5kgs, the cost is 6.5€

From 5 to 10kgs, the cost is 7.5€

Above 10kgs, the cost is 7.5€ + 0.45€ for each extra kg.

We only ship to Europe

ARTICLE 5 - PRICES

1. The prices are read in euros, with fees and taxes included, considering the VAT applied at the time of order payment.

2. In case there is an increase in price in any of the products, the user will be immediately informed and will be able to choose between receiving the order (by paying the respective due amount in debt) or cancelling that same order.

ARTICLE 6 - CANCELLING AND REFUNDING

1. The cancelling and refunding process will have a case-by-case approach by 7g Roaster Apartments. The written request must be sent to the contact email cafe@7groaster.pt up to 1 day after the order and the cancellation or refunding of the goods instructions will be answered and defined by the COMPANY, through the same means of communication.

2. Whenever possible the refunding should be made through the same payment method, but in case that isn’t possible, the user must present a document certifying the wire transfer and the account or credit card ownership to allow the refunding via wire transfer.

3. 7g Roaster Apartments commits to refund the user in a maximum time limit of 5 days.

4. The returned products must be in good sale condition, that is, in the same condition they were sold to the user, without any anomaly or damage.

5. If the amount of money resulting from a product exchange is inferior or superior to the initial value of that same exchange, the condition to make that amount even will be indicated by 7g Roaster Apartments.

ARTICLE 7 - PRIVACY POLICY

The treatment of personal data is made according to legislation referring to personal data protection. These data, which will be subjected to computer processing, will be part of 7g Roaster Apartments database(s) and are intended to register and present other products and services, as well as institutional information that can eventually be provided by the referred database(s). Providing these data is optional and will happen within legal terms, the right to access, rectification and cancellation of any data which concerns a data holder, to request any of rectification or cancellation contact us personally or in a written email to the address on the homepage of this website.
